The project required the removal of asbestos soffits to the external permitter of the building under fully controlled conditions. The contact center needed to remain live whilst the removal works were carried out.

The Challenge

All site staff required advanced DBS clearance. Works was required to be completed externally whilst not affecting the occuoants or visitors to the centre. Although additional asbestos material was identified the programme was worked through with the centre management to complete the removal with minimal disruption to the centre.

Undertaking removal works without affecting the sites day to day operations.
Working on a daily basis with the sites manager to communicate the days activities.
Specialist subcontractors used (asbestos licensed scaffolders, UKAS analysts and surveyors)
External audit carried out to ensure highest possible standards were met.
